Description

The 2020 BMW M4 G82 marks the debut of the second-generation M4, representing a significant evolution in BMWs high-performance coupe lineup. Built on the G22 4 Series platform, the G82 M4 features a bold and controversial design, most notably the large twin-kidney grille that sets it apart visually from its predecessors. Under the hood, the 2020 M4 G82 is powered by a 3.0-liter S58 twin-turbocharged inline-six engine. In the standard version, this engine produces 480 hp (353 kW) and 550 Nm of torque. The M4 Competition variant ups the ante to 510 hp (375 kW) and 650 Nm, mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission459. Both versions deliver exhilarating performance, with the standard M4 accelerating from 0-100 km/h in 4.2 seconds, while the Competition model achieves the same sprint in just 3.9 seconds. Top speed is electronically limited to 250 km/h, but can be increased with the optional M Drivers
